Lynx series-21 binoculars are small and light: They fold-up to roughly the size of a 20s cigarette pack making them ideal to carry with you on hikes etc. Black or camouflage rubber covering reduces the chance of damage to the finish and the internal components. Multi-coated optics transmit more light than regular lens coatings, and reduce image flare and increases image contrast. The result is a bright, clear, sharp and colour-true image.
The roof-prism design, whilst being more costly to manufacture than porro-prism, results in a more compact binocular.
