Series 40

Push down retractable eyecups make the series-40 ideal for use with or without spectacles. Spectacle-wearers can now see the full field of view without the normal tunnel-view effect producd by other binoculars. This feature is called "Long eye relief".

Phase coated BaK4 prisms and multi-coated optics transmit more light than any other model Lynx binocular, and produce unsurpassed high fidelity images.

Black rubber covering reduces the chance of damage to the finish and the internal components. Internal focus mechanism prevents dirt ingress, and is less likely to be damaged due to hard knocks or drops.

The roof-prism design, whilst being more pricey to manufacture than porro-prism, results in a more compact binocular.
